Our Site Managers are qualified (SMSTS) managers who run and manage customer sites.
Our Delivery, Installation and Commissioning Engineers are highly capable experts who deliver and install efficiently and safely in the most complex (often live) environments. Our engineers regularly receive exceptional feedback from customers for going above and beyond.

• We have experience at the largest scales of delivery, including some of the UK’s biggest, smartest super-hospitals.
• All staff are Health & Safety trained and have robust understanding of, and respect for, our customers’ environments.
• All site staff have ECS cards and are highly trained in H&S.
• Teams and individuals are security cleared for customer sites, with specialist accreditations where required.
• North is fully vendor accredited by our partners and suppliers, and our engineers are vendor-trained.
• We thoroughly understand build process and sequencing, aligning projects easily with main contractors.
• Our deep construction knowledge and onsite flexibility enables us to challenge accepted practices when appropriate, bringing forward critical path timings by working in new, more effective ways.
• Our offsite pre-staging facilities allow us to set up and test before installation, speeding up the process, reducing risk, and helping to meet onsite install windows.
• Our change management process, environmental practices, and Health & Safety credentials are exceptionally strong.
• We are focussed on quality, with a robust sign-off process that encourages customer feedback to ensure we are always improving.
• We support customers post-installation with bespoke training and familiarisation, onsite or virtual, working to their needs.
