Silver Investors in People Accreditation for North

Investors in People has awarded leading integrated technology solutions provider, North, the We Invest in People Silver Accreditation. The recognition signifies that North has successfully implemented the right principles and that its people and leaders are actively committed to ensuring consistency across the business and that everyone across the organisation is feeling the effects.

The We Invest in People Silver Accreditation is awarded to only 20% of the organisations that Investors in People assess. The We Invest in People framework serves as the benchmark against which organisations are evaluated by Investors in People, who then offer valuable guidance and support to enhance aspects such as employee engagement, communication, organisational culture, and work practices.
