North appoints Andrew Foster as Managing Director for Public Services

Leading integrated technology solutions provider, North, has announced the appointment of Andrew Foster as the new Managing Director for Public Services. With an extensive background in local authorities, professional bodies, and the private sector, Andrew brings a wealth of experience to his new role.

Prior to joining North, Andrew served as the Regional Managing Director for Capita's Local Public Services business, where he was responsible for managing key clients and spearheading new business development. Before his time at Capita, Andrew spent two decades working in local government, focusing on combatting community criminal activities. He later became Chief Operating Officer at the Chartered Trading Standard Institute, where he successfully led the commercial arm of the Institute.

In his new position, Andrew will play a pivotal role in leading North’s Public Services division and supporting public sector customers to adopt new approaches to navigate the complexities of the challenges faced by the public sector, which is presently under unprecedented pressure.
