North Recognised with Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Bronze Award
North is proud to have been recognised with the Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), reflecting our ongoing commitment to supporting the UK’s Armed Forces community.
The ERS recognises organisations that pledge, demonstrate, or advocate their commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant.
By upholding the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, North acknowledges the dedication and sacrifices made by those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, as well as their families. The Covenant represents a shared promise to ensure members of the Armed Forces community are treated with fairness and respect in the communities, economy, and society they protect.
Receiving the Bronze Award reinforces North’s commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace for service personnel, veterans, reservists, and their families. We are proud to stand alongside other organisations who share in recognising and supporting those who serve.
