North Partners with Scylla AI to Expand AI-Powered Video Analytics

North has today announced a strategic partnership with Scylla AI to expand AI-Powered Video Analytics in the UK

North has announced a strategic partnership with Scylla AI, a global leader in AI-powered video analytics and physical threat detection, to expand the use of advanced AI-powered video analytics across the UK.

The partnership will see North, as the primary reseller and partner of Scylla in the UK, bring Scylla’s advanced video analytics capabilities to its customers, enabling organisations to deploy AI-powered threat detection, behavioural analytics, and real-time security intelligence on their existing camera infrastructure, without requiring complex integration projects.

Scylla AI’s platform delivers a comprehensive suite of detection capabilities, including weapon detection, perimeter intrusion detection, facial recognition, behavioural anomaly detection, and post-incident forensic investigation – all deployable on existing CCTV and IP camera networks and compatible with major video management systems. The integration with North’s deep expertise in connected, intelligent environments creates a compelling proposition for UK public sector and enterprise organisations seeking to maximise the value of their existing technology investments while meeting growing security and operational demands.

Albert Stepanyan, Co-Founder and CEO of Scylla, commented: “North’s deep-rooted expertise across public services, defence, and enterprise environments makes them an ideal partner to bring Scylla’s AI capabilities to organisations across the UK. We share a common belief that technology should work harder for the people and organisations that depend on it and that the infrastructure organisations have already invested in should form the foundation of their security intelligence, not be discarded in favour of a full replacement. Together with North, we look forward to helping UK organisations build safer, smarter environments through AI that is practical, proven, and deployable today.”

Andrew Foster, MD, Public Services at North added: “Organisations are under increasing pressure to enhance safety and security, improve operational efficiency and maximise the value of existing technology investments. Our partnership with Scylla AI enables North to bring advanced AI-powered video analytics to customers, helping them transform existing security infrastructure into a source of real-time intelligence and actionable insight. By combining our expertise in integrated security and smart environments with Scylla’s innovative analytics capabilities, we can help organisations create safer, more responsive environments while achieving greater value from their existing investments.”

The partnership reflects the growing demand among UK public sector and enterprise organisations for AI-powered security solutions that deliver measurable operational value without the cost and disruption of full infrastructure replacement. Scylla AI’s camera-agnostic platform and North’s proven track record of delivering integrated technology solutions across complex, mission-critical environments position the two companies to address this demand at scale.
