North ESG Team Shortlisted for Sustainability Team of the Year
North’s ESG Team has been shortlisted for Sustainability Team of the Year at the CRN Sustainability in Tech Awards, which recognise organisations making progress in environmentally sustainable and responsible business practices across the technology and channel sectors.
The shortlisting reflects the progress made in embedding environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles across North’s 300-strong organisation, supporting the delivery of safer, smarter and more sustainable environments for customers across critical sectors.
Cormac Healy, ESG Manager at North said: “Over the past year, ESG governance has been strengthened, environmental initiatives expanded and new approaches to social value introduced across the business.
This work has supported the development of a more sustainable and responsible operating model, while helping customers meet their own sustainability objectives and strengthening North’s position as the trusted partner in our industry.”
The CRN Sustainability in Tech Awards form part of The Channel Company’s wider Sustainability in Tech initiative, which highlights organisations contributing to the UK’s transition to a lower-carbon, more sustainable economy through improved environmental performance and responsible business practices.
The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 11th Febuary in London.
