National Security Award – Shortlist
North is proud to announce that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in the Security & Fire Excellence Awards in the prestigious Security Installer of the Year category.
The annual awards, supported by IFSEC and FIREX, celebrate the outstanding contributions and advancements made by security and life safety providers over the past year.
Recognised for Excellence During Challenging Times
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, North has continued to deliver critical safety and security projects across the UK. One standout project was the urgent refurbishment of Hammersmith & Fulham Council’s CCTV control room, completed in under eight weeks. This fast-tracked initiative was a key highlight in North’s award submission, showcasing our commitment to excellence and adaptability in difficult circumstances.
A Record-Breaking Year for Entries
This year’s awards have received a record number of submissions, reflecting the resilience and innovation within the industry. While the traditional in-person event is not possible, the virtual Security & Fire Excellence Awards will ensure that achievements are still celebrated.
The online ceremony will be hosted by Stephen Mulhern on Wednesday 25th November, bringing together industry leaders and finalists for an evening of recognition and celebration.
We’re delighted to be shortlisted for this prestigious award and for our work to be recognised. We’ve been working closely with Hammersmith and Fulham Council since the start of the year to relocate their command and control room. Despite the logistical challenges of operating during pandemic restrictions, our experienced team ensured this critical project was delivered on time with no delays.
