We follow the UK Government’s Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR) regulations and publish our carbon data and targets annually, as set out in our Carbon Reduction Plan.

2. Switching to renewable energy sources wherever possible
3. Increasing our reporting through increased Scope 3 measurement and engagement
4. Decarbonising our supply chain, working with partners who share our values
5. Investing in low-carbon technologies to reduce our contract and service impact
6. Offsetting residual emissions through high-integrity schemes 

• Our ESG Committee informs and engages colleagues on a range of initiatives to reduce our carbon production 
• Transitioning to renewable energy across offices and operations 
• Phasing in EVs and cleaner transport solutions for our workforce 
• Implementing circular economy practices to reduce waste 
• Retrofitting offices with energy-efficient lighting and heating systems 
• Supporting local and national biodiversity and carbon offset initiatives 
• Working with eco-conscious suppliers and sustainable logistics partners 

Governance & Reporting 

Our Carbon Reduction Plan is reviewed and updated annually.
We track progress through: 

• Emissions reporting (Scopes 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3 categories) 
• Energy usage and intensity metrics 
• Internal accountability led by our ESG & Sustainability team 
• Clear milestones and KPIs to stay on course 

We welcome stakeholder feedback and regularly update customers, colleagues, and partners on our progress.
