North Named as Supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Network Services 3 framework

North has been named a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Network Services 3 framework (RM6116) on lot 3a.

The new IoT and Smart Cities lot for emerging technologies (Lot3a) enables UK Public Sector Organisations to procure solutions for smart, connected spaces through the Network Services 3 (NS3) agreement. North can now offer solutions related to the Internet of Things (IoT) and its connectivity and security-based solutions, including SD-WAN, Public Wi-Fi and physical security monitoring technology, and associated maintenance and support services to Public Sector organisations across the UK.

The NS3 framework allows Public Sector organisations to procure network solutions, communication services, connectivity to cloud-based data and applications, audio and video conferencing, radio and satellite networking, and emerging technologies, such as the Internet of Things.

North has been a supplier on previous versions of the Network Services framework for nearly a decade. The new NS 3 framework will initially run for 2 years with the possibility of extending it by up to 2 years.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2022/23, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £3.8 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
